Inclusion Committee: Listening Hours

Listening Hours are private conversations between Alki community members and volunteers trained in Empathic Listening. Our goal is to open up conversations about experiences related to diversity, culture, and inclusion at Alki Elementary. We’ll be working with a simple game to help participants tell their stories, and we’ll ask participants to share one positive and one difficult experience about their Alki experience during the conversation. We aim to create a safe space for every member of the Alki Community to share what matters to them.  All sessions are confidential and only information that the participant allows us to share will be used to help start conversations around what programs and activities we can introduce to make Alki Elementary a more representative and inclusive community.

  1. I needed to create you this very small note just to thank you so much over again regarding the marvelous tips you’ve shared above. It was surprisingly generous of you giving unreservedly what exactly numerous people could possibly have advertised for an ebook to get some dough on their own, most notably seeing that you could have tried it in the event you considered necessary. The solutions as well worked to be the good way to be sure that other individuals have similar keenness just as my very own to see a lot more related to this condition. I am sure there are millions of more fun periods ahead for many who looked over your blog post.
