Alki PTA Awarded COVID-19 Relief Funding Grant

We are pleased to announce that Alki PTA has been awarded $5,000 in emergency grant funding to help meet the most pressing needs for our school community during the COVID-19 pandemic from the “National PTA COVID-19 Community Relief, Sponsored by TikTok” Grant.

Thank you to Mel Spiker, next year’s Family & Community Engagement Chair, for writing this winning grant application awarded to only two PTA’s in the state. We appreciate your continued dedication to all students and families at Alki Elementary.  The grant money will be used to stock a Food Pantry at Alki, provide COVID protection supplies for staff and students, and more.
