We invite all family members to join us twice a month on Wednesdays to focus on our well-being, health and more.
Our first Wellness Wednesday will take place on September 30th at 2pm and focus on an ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE.
We welcome the entire family (yes, everyone!) to make a Family Gratitude Journal! This parent-led activity will get you feeling all sorts of happy as we reflect on the things we are thankful for in our lives.
All you need is some paper or a notebook and something to write or draw with (think pencils, crayons, etc). We will read a short story, talk about why gratitude is an important practice, and make our own journals!
This activity is scheduled to run for approx 30 – 40 minutes.
***Students may join the meeting without a grown-up. 🙂
The zoom link will be emailed to you prior to the event.
Wellness Wednesdays will take place on the 2nd and last Wednesdays of the month (unless a holiday conflicts). Think meditation teachers, yoga, journaling, goal-setting, gratitude etc.
