Pick Up Auction Items This Week!
On behalf of the Auction Committee and Alki Elementary PTA, Thank You! Your generosity and support is greatly appreciated.
Pick up Specifics – Huge Congratulations on your winning bid(s)!
- All auction items will need to be picked up – we won’t be mailing items out
- We’ve arranged two dates for item pickup at Alki Elementary School, in the cafeteria:
- Pick up option 1: Thursday, June 1st 2:30pm-4:30pm
- Pick up option 2: Friday, June 2nd 2:30pm-4:30pm
- If you are unable to make either of these dates, please reach out to the auction team at auction@alkipta.com.
- If you will have someone pick up your item(s) on your behalf, please notify the auction team at auction@alkipta.com with the individual(s) name
- Please bring a picture ID with you to pick up your items – if you have a proxy picking up on your behalf, please remind them to bring their ID
- If your winnings include alcohol – a separate collection arrangement will need to be made, off of school grounds – please reach out to coordinate!
