Tech Support Session

This Friday, Alki Staff will host a Tech Support Session for Kindergarten, 1st grade and 2nd grade to help you get settled into online learning. Please use this link in Principal Mason’s email to join.
Alki Staff will guide you through the initial connection process, provide some tips and tricks for navigating MS Teams, and then be around for open “office hours” time to connect with you to help troubleshoot any connectivity issues you may have experienced.
The Tech Support Session for 3rd-5th grade was recorded and will be made available soon.

SPS Provided Laptop: UPDATE

Please take time to do the following steps to ensure your SPS device is up-to-date and ready for next week.  This update should help with connectivity and connections.  In order to install updates to correct the connectivity issues, you will need to help your child restart their district-provided device this weekend. Please follow these steps:

  • Plug your device into power
  • Turn it on
  • Connect to the internet
  • Restart it and have your student log in
  • Leave it on for an hour or two to receive new software updates before logging off
