PTA Expense Reimbursement

There are two options for submitting for PTA reimbursement.

  1. You can fill out your expense(s) online via Money Minder here.

  2. Please fill out the form below completely. All receipts need to be included with your submission.

  3. Submit form to treasurer@alkipta.com or place in Alki PTA mailbox.

Reimbursement form 2025-26.

Committee expenses must be part of a board-approved budget and payment requests must be signed by the committee chair. Reach out to treasurer@alkipta.com if you have questions.
