Auction Prep Parties – Join the Fun!
Want to help out, but don’t know where to start? We have 3 upcoming Auction Prep Parties that need more hands to lessen the load. The more people that help out the easier and faster it gets done. Also included, but hard to forget is the amazing morning of the auction where everyone comes together to make this night a reality.
Friday, Nov. 9th (8:00 – 10:00 AM)
Location: School Cafeteria
Let your creative juices flow and help create the decorations that will turn the Hall @ Fauntleroy into the ultimate ski lodge.
Sunday, Nov. 25th (1:00 – 5:00 PM)
Location: School Cafeteria
Create baskets of items for the silent auction. Make bid sheets, and do other small tasks to help prepare for an awesome auction! Please buy/bring any baskets you are willing to donate.
Friday, Nov. 30th (8:00 – 10:00 AM)
Location: School Cafeteria
Come by after drop off and help us stuff procurement envelopes (gift certificates etc.) and put item description sheets in easels.
Saturday, Dec. 1st (9:30 – 12:30) & (11:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Location: Hall @ Fauntleroy
Set up items on silent auction tables, set out bid sheets, pens and decorations
